Leroy Crawford is the man with the master plan. His plans were not just for himself but for our youth in which our foundation is built on. Leroy created his business in 2007 aiming to be a role model for poor black kids, helping them to avoid street life. His business name was inspired by his philosophy. “To truly understand something, one must learn it from the inside out.
The Brand
The formula and foundation of the brand is individualized training focusing on cultural competency, racial disparity, and ethical decision-making. He has authored a book titled, PBK: Poor Black Kids Raising Gun Violence. He was also featured in a renowned documentary, Prison Kids in America.
